Turnaround Times

DTF Transfers: Ships the same or next business day. Please ensure orders are placed by 2 PM (CT) to qualify for same-day shipping.
Our goal is to process and ship all orders on the same or next business day. However, in rare cases, it may take up to 2-3 business days.
Expedited shipping orders are always prioritized.

Shipping Locations

ILTEX Transfers ships to the United States. Orders outside the continental US may incur additional fees and are subject to longer delivery times.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $75: Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the destination.
USPS Ground Advantage: 3-7 Business Days — $6.49
UPS Ground: 2-4 Business Days — $7.73
UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days — $12.98
UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day — $35.62

We strive to ensure the timely delivery of your package. However, unexpected delays can occur due to issues beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, carrier-related issues, or inaccurate shipping information.

Shipping Delays

Please note that while we make every effort to ship packages on time, ILTEX Transfers cannot guarantee on-time delivery once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the reasons listed above.

Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days for the carrier to update tracking details. If you do not receive your tracking number within 3 business days, please contact us with your order number.
