Refunds & Reprints

We offer a 15-day refund and reprint policy!

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We are happy to reprint any items with print quality or adherence issues, but this does not cover issues resulting from low-quality file submissions. For refunds or reprints requested for other reasons, management approval is required.

Please ensure that all design guidelines are followed correctly before placing an order. More importantly, double-check your shipping details. You will receive an order confirmation email to verify your order after checkout.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
