Copyright and Artwork Responsibility

By submitting artwork for printing, the user affirms they hold the legal rights to the design, either by owning it or by having acquired permission to use it. ILTEX is not liable for any copyright infringements related to the uploaded designs. Any legal responsibility associated with copyright issues lies solely with the user who uploads the artwork. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if a design is suspected of infringing upon copyright laws.

 

CMYK Color Format and Accuracy

To ensure accurate color representation, we require all artwork files to be submitted in CMYK color mode. Artwork uploaded in other color modes (e.g., RGB) will be converted to CMYK, which may result in slight color discrepancies. ILTEX is not responsible for color variations that may arise due to this conversion. To achieve the most accurate print results, please confirm that your file is in CMYK mode before submitting it for printing.

 

Limitations of Liability

ILTEX is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the original order, including indirect damages such as lost profits or business interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Customers agree to indemnify ILTEX and its affiliates against any claims made by third parties due to a violation of these Terms and Conditions or copyright infringement. Any custom designs created by ILTEX at the customer’s request remain the property of ILTEX unless otherwise agreed. Unauthorized duplication or sale of these designs is strictly prohibited.

 

Custom & Pre-Made Designs

Once an order is submitted, the artwork is considered finalized and will be printed exactly as uploaded without review or modification. Changes to the design or cancellation requests will not be accepted post-submission. We strive to maintain the highest quality standards, but certain colors and small details may vary slightly based on material or design complexity. If a print does not meet quality standards due to an error on our part, we will reprint the order at no additional charge. However, this policy does not cover errors from customer-uploaded files that do not meet our file requirements. Refunds are issued at our discretion and typically apply only in cases of defective or incorrect items. Customers must contact our support team within 10 days of receipt to report any issues and initiate a return or reprint.
