HOW TO ORDER

  1. Upload your design or logo
  2. Choose your patch size
  3. Enter your quantity
  4. Proceed to checkout

Each image requires artwork preparation and digitizing to convert it into a 3D TPU patch file. A $5 artwork/digitizing fee per image will be invoiced before production begins.

Example: If 5 different images are submitted, a $25 invoice will be sent for artwork preparation before we proceed with production.

Once artwork is approved, our team will begin production. If any adjustments are needed, we will contact you before printing.

In order to hit add to cart the MOV should be hit which is $75 total. This does not include the artwork fees, that will be invoiced separately once we receive the image and we digitize it before production.

Lead Times

Important: 3D TPU Patches are custom-manufactured products and do not qualify for our same-day production services.

Production Lead Times

  • 25–100 Patches: 2–3 Business Days
  • 200 Patches: 3–4 Business Days
  • 500 Patches: 4–5 Business Days
  • 1,000 Patches: 6–7 Business Days

Please Note

  • Production time begins after artwork approval.
  • Shipping transit time is not included in the production time listed above.
  • Weekends and holidays are not counted as production days.
  • Larger orders or highly detailed designs may require additional production time.
  • Custom 3D TPU Patches do not qualify for same-day production.
  • An artwork setup/digitizing invoice may be required before proof creation.
  • Production will not begin until the artwork proof has been approved by the customer.

Production

Step 1: Place Your Order

Submit your logo, artwork, or design with your order.

Step 2: Artwork Digitizing

Our team will review your artwork and send a separate invoice for digitizing/artwork setup if required.

Step 3: Proof Approval

A digital proof will be provided for approval. Production begins only after approval is received.

Step 4: Manufacturing

Once approved, your patches enter production.

Before production begins, our team will digitize your artwork and provide a proof for approval. Production does not start until the artwork has been approved by you.

If revisions are needed, we'll work with you to ensure your design is production-ready before manufacturing begins.

Please note that custom products are made specifically for your order and cannot be returned once artwork has been approved and production has started.

Pressing Instructions

Heat Press Settings

  • Temperature: 320°F
  • Time: 12-15 Seconds
  • Pressure: Medium to Firm

Application Steps

  1. Pre-press garment for 3-5 seconds to remove moisture.
  2. Position patch in desired location.
  3. Cover with parchment paper or protective sheet.
  4. Press at 320°F for 12-15 seconds using medium to firm pressure.
  5. Allow patch to cool completely.
  6. Check adhesion before use.

Important Notes

  • Do not exceed 15 seconds of press time.
  • Allow patch to cool before handling.
  • Test on a sample garment when possible.
  • Application settings may vary by fabric type and heat press.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $75
  • Orders under $75 will have shipping calculated at checkout
  • Tracking information is emailed once your order ships
  • Local pickup may be available when production is completed

Returns & Cancellations

Because all TPU patches are custom-made specifically for your artwork, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once artwork has been approved and production has started.

If there is an issue with your order due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
