    Use a heat press or Cricut at 320°F (160°C) with medium pressure for 12-15 seconds. Allow it to cool for 15 seconds before peeling. Then press again for added durability. Store extra transfers for as long as you wish.

What is a DTF Transfer?

A Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfer is a versatile printing method that allows you to apply detailed and vibrant designs to various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and more. Our DTF transfers are durable and tested to withstand up to 40 washes.

What Are Gang Sheets?

A gang sheet allows you to print multiple designs on one sheet, maximizing space. We offer gang sheets with a maximum width of 22 inches. Click here for more details on how to create a gang sheet!

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

Orders placed before 2 PM will ship the same day, other order will be shipping the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method. View our shipping policy.

How Can I Pick Up My Order?

In-store pickup is available Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at our Houston location - just select pick-up at checkout and we will notify you once you order is ready for pick-up!

What File Formats Do You Accept?

We accept PNG, AI, PSD, PDF, and EPS formats. Please make sure your artwork follows our art file guidelines.

Do You Offer Discounts?

Yes, all our designs come with discounts. The more you purchase, the greater the discount you receive - discount calculator will automatically give you the discount!

What Should I Do If My Transfer Doesn’t Adhere Properly?

If you encounter any issues with your transfer, please contact us within 15 days for a refund or reprint - we will be glad to accommodate you. See our return policy.

Do you offer Tax exemption?

Yes! If you have a business, you can email your tax exemption documents to info@iltexapparel.com, and our team will process your exemption promptly. If we have any questions, we will reach out to you via email.

I Have an Account on ILTEX Apparel. Do I Need to Create an Account on ILTEX Transfers?

Yes, ILTEX Apparel and ILTEX Transfers operate independently, so you'll need to create separate accounts for both. If you already have an account on ILTEX Apparel, feel free to contact us by email or phone, and we can set up your account for ILTEX Transfers.

If you have a business tax exemption on ILTEX Apparel, just let us know, and we'll apply the exemption to ILTEX Transfers as well.

Do You Offer Artwork Modification Services?

Yes, we offer artwork resizing and modification for an additional fee. Feel free to reach out to us, and we will provide a quote based on the work that needs to be done.

Do You Offer Custom Sizing?

Yes, on our DTF transfers by size, you can order custom sizing along with pre-selected sizing options. The more you order, the better the discount. We also offer custom gang sheet sizing—just reach out to us, and we will provide a quote based on your gang sheet size.
